Perfect for large groups up to 11 people. Very open and a great place to relax and enjoy!. Private swimming pool and teakwood deck!

The space
Guest will have access to a full kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bath. There is a private pool with a nice deck to hang out outside. Also a nice living room with plenty of space and nice views of the fields across the road. Also the place is 5 min from the beach. Private parking for up to 6 cars 🚗

Other things to note
Electricity is very expensive in Costa Rica. Please turn the A/C units off when leaving the house.

Pets
We allow pets in certain circumstances. There is a small nightly fee per pet. This is to ensure the house is well maintained for future guests. Just ask us 🙂

Septic System.. not like town, only toilet paper will go down.
PLEASE do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper.

PLEASE DO NOT leave A/C on when leaving the house.
Costa Rica’s electricity is triple than what you’re accustomed to in different countries and if left on the bill get really high! We need to prevent this and must charge for unnecessary use.***
