Master Bedroom 1 is located at the South wing of the home and offers over 450 square feet of living space. It also comes fully equip with its very own home-gym including state-of-the-art exercise equipment. Its large bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub, double showers, high-end bedding and furnishings as well as an oversized walk in closet.

Master Bedroom 2 is located at the North wing of the home and offers 320 square feet of living space. It too provides an oversized recently renovated bathroom with modern furnishings, it’s own Jacuzzi, double shower, French doors that open toward the ocean, a comfortable king bed and many other great details.

Master Bedroom 3 small little house on the property simply for pure privacy, featuring king bed, sofa, kitchenette and full bathroom, renovated and ready by February.

The Tommy Bahama Room has been fully decorated with the Tommy Bahama theme to make you truly feel like you’re on vacation. This 280 square foot bedroom provides a King bed with high end bed finishing as well as a queen bed sleeper sofa. Its connected full bathroom has been recently remodeled and has all of the high end finishes you would look for in a luxury beach house rental.

The Paradise Room will also instantly make you feel like you are away on vacation with its tropical decor. This room comes equip with a Queen sized bed and attached full sized bathroom.

The Kids Room is the ideal area for the kids to call home. This room comes with a 4-sleeper bunk bed (1 on top, 2 on bottom and 1 on a roll-out trundle) and includes a large-screen TV and game console for the kids to enjoy! (Home Away Jaco)
Other things to note
We as the owners assist you with making arrangements for transportation to and from airport, private chef, grocery delivery, tours, and activities including surf lessons, fishing, horseback riding, ATV tours, zip-line, white water rafting etc. You are getting the personnel we use as owners!
