Corteza Del Sol 1B – Your Private Oasis

Nestled at the foot of the mountains in South Jaco Beach. Corteza Del Sol is your oasis that awaits you for relaxation after your day’s adventures. It is a ten-minute walk to the beach and a three-minute car ride to center of town. The upscale landscaped gated condominium complex boasts a central courtyard that features two interlocking pools and two hot tubs. The complex has 24/7 security and private parking. Relax in the hammock in peace and quiet!

The Condo (1B) is located on the ground floor – just steps away from the pool. The Condo has two 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom is air conditioned with a queen size bed and a TV with cable TV channels. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is bright and cheerful. The bathroom is huge with a master tub with shower, large sink and granite tiles. The Condo also has a living room and kitchen with a huge refrigerator, stove top, microwave, and a countertop bar with bar stools. The Condo sleeps a maximum of four guests.

Just steps away from the covered patio is the pool. Inside the condo we have plenty of things for you to use; hair dryer, safety deposit box, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, boogie boards, board games (Jenga, UNO emoji), hammock and even more!!!
The Condo comes with high speed internet (Wireless router with 50Mbps). Our Condo is equipped with 2 TVs – one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. You will have access to a large package of TV channels on both TVs. The big TV in the living room is a smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube etc. Relax with a drink (in the patio overlooking the pools or curl up in front of the big TV and watch your TV programs through regular programming, Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Corteza Del Sol is an upscale gated community that is close to the north end of Jaco beach – with all the restaurants and shops. It offers privacy, tranquility and security 24 hours a day. From here, it is easy to access many other Central Pacific tourist sites. Or just spend the day enjoying our well maintained 3 pools and 2 Jacuzzis. We invite you to stay here and have a lot of fun.

There are 3 pools and 2 Jacuzzis to choose from. The gardens are lush and very well maintained. Relax in the hammock which is just steps away from the condo. Enjoy!

The Condo is at full disposition of our guests, as their own home. After booking, our guests will receive an email with instructions for their admission and stay. Upon arrival, guests must register at the security booth (main gate) and the doorman can take you to the Condo. There is also a lockbox with the keys to the Condo in it and the email will give have the code to open the lockbox – in case you need to. Although we do not live in Jaco, we will always be attentive and available throughout your stay, to solve any inconvenience. We have a Property Manager who lives in Jaco – you will have her phone number and she can always be contacted at any time during the day/night. All you need is to relax and enjoy!

Other things to note:
Electricity is very expensive in Costa Rica. Please run ac’s only when in unit.
Maximum 4 people are allowed to sleep over night. 6 people are allowed to be around the pool per condo per day.

These rules are from the administration from the complex who are trying to ensure that the common areas are not overpopulated and that everyone can have fun and be safe.
