The Palace is designed for group stays and celebrations. With white-washed facades, fluted columns with gold trim, and exquisite chandeliers, the architecture of this impressive rental conveys luxury with every detail.

The villa features ten private Queen suites, each with an ensuite bathroom.

Communal areas are set apart and include al fresco dining and outdoor lounges designed for both social gatherings, events, and private parties.

Surrounded by tropical gardens with fruit trees, the property is a private, breathtaking oasis close to downtown Jaco. Beaches, restaurants, and nightlife are all within walking distance.

With daily cleaning service, optional concierge support, and a secure gated entrance, The Palace is well-suited for group travel, private events, and extended stays. We are happy to host your wedding, birthday party, bachelor/bachelorette trip, or any other type of private event.

As you enter The Palace, you walk right into the common area al fresco dining, a fully equipped kitchen, a flatscreen TV and entertainment area, multiple lounge pools, a wet bar, jacuzzi, tropical gardens, and ample space for dancing and gathering. Greek statues, crystal chandeliers, and beautiful stonework adorn the entire area.

Offset to the left, removed from the common area, are the suites. There are 10 private bedroom suites in total, each with a king-sized bed, air conditioning, impressive artwork, luxury decor, lounge chairs, a flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Each room comes with a lock and has a safe.

Guests have access to the entire villa. Amenities include:
