Description

Our villa is located steps to the sand in a beachfront community named Hermosa Palms. The area is a world famous surfing destination . Our villa caters large family gatherings or groups of friends looking to relax and have fun in a homey and intimate environment. Cool off in our private pool or walk to our amazing beach club with wet bar, restaurant, and many more.

Our two story villa with roof top has a great open floor plan and is approximately 2,800 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

First floor features a full kitchen with plenty of counter tops, as well as, a breakfast bar with stools and dining table. The living room space is cozy with comfortable seating and a 55″ TV with access to cable TV, and Netflix. Make your way through the kitchen, to the back of the house featuring 1 master bedroom with two queen size beds, private bathroom and AC.

The second floor features a master bedroom with queen size bed, master bathroom, AC and full terrace and rooftop. The other two bedrooms have a queen size bed, a single bed each. The villa sleeps 10-12 people comfortably. Enjoy a drink from the bar area at sunset, a relaxing morning stroll on the beach, or an afternoon dip in the pool. We love hosting families, couples, and groups of friends.
