Villa Gaviota is a 5 minute drive to the beach and 12 min drive to downtown Jaco. Great for families up to 8 guests, huge gated yard, lush palm trees and floor to ceiling windows to relax and enjoy the view with private pool and BBQ area.

Very peaceful and green. Close to everything, situated on Hermosa Road 5 minutes from Hermosa Beach.

Enjoy with your family in our single story cozy Costa Rican home, 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer. Private Pool & BBQ so you can relax, while taking it all in.

The house is great for families, and small groups or a couples romantic vacation.

The main house features an open kitchen, a breakfast bar, dining area and large couch in the living room. 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a full size bed and shares the bathroom with the living room kitchen area.

The separe suit has queen size bed, private bath and small kitchen.

Sleep 6 guests comfortably and if you want to squeeze an extra bed or two, let us know in advance and we can provide extra mattresses for you.

Other things to note
Electricity is very expensive in Costa Rica. Please turn the A/C units off when leaving the house.
