The space
Ocean view, peaceful and green. Close to everything, situated on Hermosa Road 3 minutes from Hermosa Beach.
You will often see monkeys, macaws and many others birds. Private gate with remote control.

Enjoy with your Friends and family in our two story modern home with 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, private Pool & BBQ.

The house is great for families, small groups or a couples romantic vacation.

The second floor features an open kitchen with full ocean view, a breakfast bar, dining area and living room. 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bath. Lots of terrace space to enjoy the view.
The first floor, master bedroom, swimming pool, deck area and BBQ.

The pool is 3 meters wide and 5 meters long and 1.40 meter deep.

Sleep 6 guests comfortably and if you want to squeeze an extra bed or two, let us know in advance and we can provide it for you.
Guest access
You will have access to a private pool, large deck for BBQs and family get together.
Other things to note
Electricity is very expensive in Costa Rica. Please turn the A/C units off when leaving the house.

Pets
We allow pets in certain circumstances. There is a small nightly fee per pet. This is to ensure the house is well maintained for future guests. Just ask us 🙂

Septic System.. not like town, only toilet paper will go down.
PLEASE do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper.

PLEASE DO NOT leave A/C on when leaving the house.
Costa Rica’s electricity is triple than what you’re accustomed to in different countries and if left on the bill get really high! We need to prevent this and must charge for unnecessary use.***
